Delayed Splenic Rupture (DSR) is a rare but well-known manifestation of Blunt Injury (BSI), which most commonly occurs following car accident, fall from great height, or direct blow to the left thorax abdomen. If history trauma remote unknown, diagnosis can be difficult missed, and high index suspicion not warranted. Regardless time mechanism inciting event, DSR should considered in differential an acute surgical We present case 81-year-old woman caused by minor blunt abdominal four weeks prior her admission our emergency department for pain hemorrhagic shock (ATLS CLASS III).
